Gilbertson & Page specializes in InfraRed Roasting Technology for the Food and Beer industry, roasting most types of grain including: wheat, barley, rice, and rye.
We also package and distribute malts from around the globe, including:
- United Kingdom (Crisp, Thomas Fawcett & Sons, Hugh Bairds)
- Germany (Weyermann)
- Belguim (Dingemans)
- France (MFB)
- United States (Cargill and Briess)
- and, of course, Canada (Prairie Malt).
We also import other brewing products upon special request. We are slowly beginning to distribute products such as silica gels, filtering aids, brewing salts, hops and lots of other exciting products. These will be highlighted on our new site coming soon!
Gilbertson & Page has a manufacturing and distribution plant in Fergus, Ontario, as well as a specialized malt/grain packaging and distribution warehouse in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec (1/2 south of Montreal). This 16,000 sq. ft. facility features rail and bulk truck services, as well as packaging with 25 and 1000kg bags.
